What Mimy is
Mimy is the messenger of WAMP teams. You write in chats and groups, send files and voice messages, call one person or the whole group, schedule meetings and, if you want, let an AI notetaker write down what was said. You sign in with your WAMP account, so there is no separate password to remember.
Mimy runs in the browser, as a desktop app and on the phone. All three show the same web interface and the same conversations.
Direct chats and groups, replies, reactions, files, voice messages and search.
Calls from any chat, guest links for people outside the team, scheduled meetings with reminders.
A notetaker that joins the call and leaves a transcript behind.

Open Mimy
Open your team's Mimy address in a browser, or install the desktop app. Both are on Install Mimy.
Sign in with WAMP
Mimy signs you in through WAMP. If you are already signed in to WAMP or GraphMap, it signs you in without asking again. See Quickstart.
Write the first message
Pick a colleague, write, and you are in. The rest of the Guide tab covers chats, calls, meetings and settings one topic per page.
One messenger with GraphMap
Mimy and GraphMap share one server. A message written in a GraphMap chat appears in Mimy, and the other way round, so you can answer from whichever is open. How that works is on GraphMap.
What is in these docs
| Tab | For whom | What is there |
|---|---|---|
| Guide | Everyone who uses Mimy | Signing in, chats, calls, meetings, AI notes, settings, answers to frequent questions. |
| Connectors | Whoever sets Mimy up | Every service Mimy connects to — WAMP, GraphMap, calls, the notetaker, notifications, mail, file storage — and what each one gives. |
| Administration | Whoever runs Mimy | How it is built, how to deploy and configure it, the local stand, desktop releases, what is built and what is not yet. |
What Mimy does not do
Some things are switched off on purpose. There is no AI assistant inside chats, and conversations from the old Forge console were not moved over. The full list, with what is planned, is on What is built.
